- If there are narrow corridors and/or corners along the way.
- If it is not a ground floor, know if there is a lift, and its measurements, if there is not, then photos of the stairwell are needed.
- Precise measurements of the elevator and elevator doors. Sometimes they are narrower.
- If the area and place of delivery are easily accessible with sufficient maneuvering space and unloading

We need the following information:
