RETURN POLICIES

This document governs the general conditions relating to the management of returns of products purchased from the Seller.
The acceptance, processing, and possible refund of return requests are subject to the full and unquestionable discretion of the Seller, who reserves the right to modify, integrate, or revoke the provisions of this regulation at any time without notice.

1. Return Request

Any return requests must be made in writing within a reasonable timeframe deemed appropriate by the Seller and accompanied by appropriate documentation to allow for their evaluation. Submission of a request does not, under any circumstances, imply automatic acceptance of the request.

2. Product Conditions

The product must be returned intact, free from signs of use or tampering, and complete with all accessories and materials originally supplied.
Verification of the condition of the goods and determination of the admissibility of the return are the sole responsibility of the Seller, whose decision will be final and unappealable.

3. Return Costs and Methods

All shipping, packaging, handling and verification costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise determined by the Seller.
The refund, if granted, may be partial and will be provided within the timeframe and in the manner deemed appropriate, after deducting any additional costs incurred by the Seller.

4. Exclusions

There is no right of return or refund for products made to measure, personalized or otherwise modified at the Customer's request.
Likewise, goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned without compromising their integrity or resalability are excluded from the possibility of return.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

Any damage or anomalies found upon delivery must be reported immediately to the courier and reported to the Seller with written reservation.
Any subsequent reports or reports lacking the necessary documentation may not be taken into consideration.

6. Final Provisions

By placing the order, the Customer declares that he has read, understood and fully accepted these return conditions, including any future changes that the Seller reserves the right to make at its sole discretion.
